The facilities at the Schools are widely acknowledged as being amongst the best in the country and students are very well supported in their studies.
The Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) degree is a five year program that develops the skills, practical knowledge and theoretical approaches required for the architecture profession. The degree consists of 600 points, normally comprising 126 points from First Year Architecture, followed by a further four years of specialized study, each of 116-120 points. Successful graduates have a thorough grounding in architectural design, technologies, management, history and contemporary theory, making them well equipped for a professional career or for continued study and research at postgraduate level.
